The Del Grande Dealer Group (DGDG) is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO and leadership team. This is a 1-year position with the possibility of transitioning into another role within DGDG at the end of the term.

Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with the CEO on upcoming projects and initiatives
  • Keep the CEO’s calendar and travel plans running smoothly, and coordinate with leaders across the organization
  • Lend a hand with personal assistant tasks—from scheduling and errands to day-to-day needs that keep things on track
  • Assist with the planning of events, from internal meetings to big company celebrations
  • General office management, including customer service and supporting senior leaders
  • Jump in on other administrative or operational tasks when needed
