JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. SKILLS

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Experience with QuickBooks for bookkeeping purposes is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities
  • Provide executive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Assist with event planning and execution for corporate functions and meetings.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accurate data entry for various projects.
  • Handle phone etiquette with professionalism, managing multi-line phone systems effectively.
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks including invoicing and expense tracking using QuickBooks.
  • Coordinate projects by liaising with different departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Conduct proofreading and transcription of documents to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and DocuSign for document management and communication.
  • Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries and managing front desk responsibilities as needed.
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information.
