Responsibilities

The Executive Assistant provides high quality, confidential administrative and executive support to the General Manager.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Effective management of the Office of the General Manager which includes provision of high-level confidential administrative and executive support using an understanding of prison issues to determine priorities
  • Managing communications for the General Manager’s Office in a timely, considerate, efficient and responsive manner, ensuring the prison is represented professionally
  • Managing and maintaining efficient records management systems for the General Manager’s Office and the Melbourne Assessment Prison Executive Team including the TRIM database and SharePoint
  • Providing administrative assistance to the Executive Team
