We’re a small, fast-moving team working directly with some of the most influential names in digital media. As we grow, we’re looking for a full-time Executive Assistant to support our Founder & CEO and play a foundational role in building something much bigger than any one of us.

The ideal candidate is a sharp, highly organized self-starter with a strong interest in content, business, and operations. They are someone who wants to grow with the company, take ownership over their role, and help us push the industry forward!

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional multitasking abilities and a keen attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as proficiency in various office software applications. The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in managing schedules, coordinating projects, and facilitating communication across departments.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years in an administrative or executive assistant role, ideally supporting a founder or
  • executive
  • Strong written communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments with shifting
  • priorities
  • You don’t need handholding — but you know when to ask the right questions
  • Discreet and trustworthy with access to sensitive information
  • Familiarity with the creator economy or a genuine interest in the world of content
  • creation
  • Expert with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Monday.com and Calendly
  • Social media fluency — especially on LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Instagram
  • Available for occasional nights, weekends, and travel

DETAILS

  • Contract to hire: This will start as a 60 day contract and move to full time if the probationary period goes well
  • Location: In-person, Dallas, TX
  • Salary: Starting at $50,000 per year Based on experience
