We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior executives through efficient calendar management, meeting coordination, and stakeholder liaison. This role involves preparing materials, tracking tasks, and following up on action items to ensure smooth daily operations. You will contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
