A successful candidate will be a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should have a natural ability to manage complex schedules, coordinate events, and support a diverse set of initiatives with a high level of attention to detail. Above all, you will foster a positive, engaging team culture, ensuring that our team feels supported and inspired in their work. To foster this culture and effectively support the team, we expect this person to be in-office 3 days per week.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience supporting Vice Presidents, C-level executives, or equivalent in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
  • Experience with event planning and team engagement activities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools such as Teams.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong commitment to fostering a supportive and fun workplace.
