DaVita is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support Senior Leadership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. DaVita operates in a fast-paced setting, so we need someone who can perform at a high level with minimal supervision. As an Executive Assistant , you will be resourceful, and self-motivated. You’ll take initiative and handle tasks independently, knowing when to take charge and when to ask the right questions. You’ll also need to be adept at juggling multiple priorities, as we’ll put your multitasking abilities to the test. If you’re assertive, highly organized, and capable of making sound decisions swiftly, this role is perfect for you.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant with a strong track record of longevity in the role.
  • At least 3 years of experience supporting Senior-Level Management (VP, C-Suite, Senior Director, etc.).
  • Excellent executive presence and communication skills.
  • A sense of urgency, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for getting things done.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a diverse group of colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to manage and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
  • Based in Denver, with the ability to work in the office three days a week, with occasional flexibility to increase to five days as needed.
  • Travel 10% (4 times a year)
Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of scheduling, meeting coordination, event planning, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain open, clear communication with executives, team members, and external partners to prioritize effectively.
  • Learn the business to advise on scheduling priorities and provide flexibility in calendar management.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, consistently demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and responsiveness.
  • Independently handle large volumes of information and prioritize tasks with efficiency and clarity.
  • Potentially act as a project manager for special initiatives, including coordinating activities, taking notes, and managing key deliverables.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential documents and information with discretion.
  • Bring a service-oriented mindset to every partnership, delivering a high level of support to internal teams and external partners alike.
  • Adjust your work hours to accommodate leadership and project demands, demonstrating flexibility.
  • Proactively communicate and plan to support and enable success for colleagues and leaders.
