Job Description: Screen the completeness and accuracy of documents submitted for approval. Ensure the timely and accurate dispatch of documents back to the appropriate unit. Screen all calls while maintaining confidentiality. Secure confidentiality on all transmitted documents. Organize schedule and monitor its development. Coordinate all meetings and ensure the completeness of their logistics. Qualification: Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business, or related course. 2-5 years proven experience in an administrative function. Computer Literate, preferably with Excel, Word, PowerPoint Expertise. With excellent communication skills.
