Description Our client is hiring an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role acts as a strategic partner, managing priorities, communications, and logistics with professionalism, discretion, and strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Manage a complex executive calendar, scheduling meetings and coordinating across multiple time zones Serve as a liaison between the CEO and senior stakeholders, including board members and investors Prepare meeting materials, agendas, presentations, and executive documentation Capture meeting notes and track follow-up action items Monitor and manage high-volume email communications Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries Draft and respond to correspondence on behalf of the CEO Support strategic projects by tracking timelines, deliverables, and communications Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism Provide additional administrative and operational support as needed Requirements Bachelor’s degree required 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Zoom) Ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and work independently Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with senior leaders and external stakeholders Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment Ability to work on-site in Greater St. Louis
