About the roleA global technology company is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant & Private Office Operations Manager to support its senior leadership office.This is a senior, hands-on role combining executive support, team leadership and private office operations. You will lead a team of Executive Assistants and support personnel while personally handling high-priority executive and personal matters where speed, discretion and senior judgment are essential.

Your mission: maximise executive productivity, anticipate needs before they arise, and make highly complex things happen smoothly and discreetly.

  • What you'll doPersonally support senior leadership with urgent calendar changes, travel, personal logistics, service providers and confidential matters
  • Lead, coach and structure the executive support team, establishing clear roles, SOPs, checklists and productivity tools
  • Manage an exceptionally complex, high-volume calendar across multiple time zones
  • Oversee end-to-end international travel and logistics, including complex ground and air coordination
  • Run sensitive, high-stakes projects involving multiple stakeholders and locations
  • Act as a central point of coordination between the executive office, internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Continuously improve workflows, processes and team collaboration
  • Uphold absolute confidentiality and apply appropriate risk-management standards to sensitive information and logistics


  • What you bringExtensive experience in executive operations, project leadership or private office management at a senior level
  • Proven experience managing teams and multiple complex workstreams simultaneously
  • Decisive, proactive and calm under pressure, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-changing environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong creative problem-solving skills
  • Empathetic leadership style and unquestionable discretion
  • Fluent English, spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage
  • High digital literacy across productivity, task-management and AI tools
  • Valid passport and readiness to travel frequently and at short notice
  • Ability to pass comprehensive background checks
