Are you an organised and motivated individual, looking for a new challenge in a professional services environment? We are recruiting on behalf of a well-respected organisation in Bath who are looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis!

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing essential support to the organisation’s senior management, managing multiple tasks to tight deadlines and ensuring the smooth running of the administration processes. Other duties include:

  • Anticipate and manage all areas of diary management
  • Take internal and external telephone queries and respond appropriately
  • Monitor incoming post and emails and handle appropriately
  • Arrange meetings, book conference rooms, organise refreshments and liaise with internal and external attendees

You will have excellent organisation and communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with colleagues, clients and external contacts. You will also have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This role is based in Central Bath with a salary of up to £34,000 per annum, with a competitive benefits package.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
