POSITION SUMMARY The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative, operational, and coordination support to the Vice President and Director of Electrical. This position supports executive priorities, project administration, billing documentation, meeting coordination, departmental communication, event planning, and cross-department support. The Executive Assistant is expected to learn all major areas of EdgeHill Integrated Systems well enough to provide backup support when team members are out of office or unavailable. This role works closely with project teams, Elmington operations, internal departments, vendors, and leadership to keep communication organized, documents accurate, and action items moving forward.   All activities will be performed in support of the values of Elmington Construction. Integrity ~ Precision ~ Growth ~ Driven ~ Relationships   ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: * Stays organized while managing multiple priorities, calendars, meetings, action items, documents, and deadlines. Tracks assigned responsibilities and follows up until tasks are complete. Has a willingness to learn all areas of the business and assist across departments when needed. Can support project management, operations, administration, billing, events, and leadership functions as directed. * Looks for ways to improve administrative processes, templates, communication, tracking, and consistency. Supports leadership in creating a more organized and efficient company. * Represents EdgeHill with professionalism, responsiveness, and a willingness to help. Understands that the EA role supports leadership, project teams, and company growth through reliable execution and communication. * Communicates clearly and professionally with internal teams, Elmington operations, project teams, vendors, and subcontractors. Maintains confidentiality when handling leadership, financial, personnel, and project information. * Demonstrates the ability to support the Vice President and Director by anticipating needs, managing priorities, following through on assignments, and keeping leadership organized and prepared. Understands urgency and responds in a professional and timely manner.       SPECIFIC EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE: * High school diploma required; Associate Degree or administrative/business-related training preferred. * 3-5 years of administrative, executive support, construction administration, project coordination, or related experience preferred. * Experience supporting senior leadership, project teams, or construction operations is preferred. * Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Procore or similar construction/project management software is preferred.   PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT * Frequently sit, stand and walk * Regularly required to talk or hear * Frequently required to use hands or fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls * Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl * Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds * Vision abilities to include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus * The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate * Temperature in the workplace is typically moderate TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS This position may require occasional travel to meetings, events, training sessions, regional offices, or project sites as needed     The EdgeHill Experience    At EdgeHill Integrated Systems, we foster an entrepreneurial mindset, compensating for the value our team members bring to the table.
