If you’re an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) who is looking for a rewarding and varied role that will showcase your excellent interpersonal, administrative, creative and organisational skills, then come and work with the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
You will provide executive level support to the COO. Your main responsibilities in this role are to maintain the COO’s schedule, coordinate with internal and external stake holders, provide logistical and travel support and work on operations related projects.
This is a varied and engaging role where you will have the opportunity to learn new skills and expand your knowledge. You will be based at our Luton Head Office with hybrid/home working arrangements available. It will be beneficial to have a valid UK driving licence and access to a car as you may be required to travel to sites or other office location from time to time.
