Main purpose of the Executive Assistant position: Revolve is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive assistant to our Chief Creative Officer. Major Responsibilities: Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Own the CCO’s calendar, managing complex schedules, prioritizing meetings and protecting the CCO’s time. * Arrange end-to-end travel logistics, including itineraries that anticipate potential changes. * Handle confidential communications with discretion and professionalism. * Process monthly expense reports and maintain budgets. * Oversee invoicing and payment approvals, ensuring timely processing. * Coordinate staff gifting and celebrations. * Assist with contract negotiations, executions and databases on CCO’s behalf. * Maintain fluency in tools like Google Workspace, Atlassian, Concur and project management platforms. Required Competencies: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: * Strategic calendar management with zero errors. * Anticipating needs before they arise. * Implementing new processes that increase efficiencies. * Building strong relationships with cross-functional and external partners. Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in business or communication. * 4+ years of administrative experience supporting upper management. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, often requiring diplomacy and discretion. Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in business or communication. * 6+ years of experience supporting C-level executives. * Proficient in Google Workspace, Concur and Atlassian. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, often requiring diplomacy and discretion.
