Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Executive Assistant to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication within the organization.

  • Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional communication at all times
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with a high level of accuracy
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion
  • Organize and maintain filing systems,
  • Coordinate and assist in the planning of corporate events, meetings, and conferences
  • Coordinating travel and logistics for business trips, including booking travel, preparing itineraries and supporting executives in completing expense reports
  • Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively offer solutions to potential issues
  • Overseeing general office processes, such as ordering office supplies for departments or leading administrative support staff

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting C-level executives
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience in calendar management, travel arrangements, and event planning
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Familiarity with business operations and corporate environments
  • Certifications in office management or executive assistance are a plus
