JOB SUMMARY:

The Executive Assistant and Project Manager to Chief Executive Officer supports the CEO in day-to-day office activities. Working under general supervision, this job ensures general administrative and hospital needs are met for project management, travel plans, expense reports, and all other requests by the CEO.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Required: Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration or related field of study
Preferred: Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field of study
Required: 3+ years with senior administrative and project management experience; Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred: Previous experience supporting C-suite individual strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Coordinates and plans meetings for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and assists with scheduling agendas.
Maintains the CEO’s leadership team calendar, including coordination of hospital staff meetings.
Reviews communication efforts and sends out communications on behalf of leadership team.
Acts as a liaison between the CEO and hospital departments, ensuring effective communication and cohesion within thegreater health system.
Processes expense reports for leadership and direct reports, ensuring compliance with company travel policies and otherhospital-related policies and procedures.
Maintains confidentiality of all corporate, medical personnel, and research matters that pertain to the CEO.
Performs other duties as assigned.
