Our client, a fast-growing start-up in the banking and financial services sector, is seeking a motivated and highly organized Executive Assistant to join their dynamic team. This is an exceptional entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience, work directly with senior executives, and grow into leadership roles within operations or senior management.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love solving problems, and want to be an integral part of a company’s success story, this role is for you.

Qualifications

  • Some experience in administration, coordination, or support roles (co-op, internship, or part-time experience counts!).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with scheduling or project management tools.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within a high-performing team
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a key liaison between the company and the bank, helping maintain strong relationships and smooth communication.
  • Manage executive calendars, coordinate schedules, and organize meetings.
  • Anticipate and support the day-to-day needs of the executive team so they can focus on strategic priorities.
  • Coordinate activities between different teams to keep projects moving forward.
  • Adapt quickly to the evolving needs of a start-up environment.
  • Occasionally work outside normal business hours based on executive priorities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills — you can juggle multiple priorities without missing details.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable interacting with people at all levels.
  • A proactive approach — you’re always two steps ahead and ready to solve problems.
  • Comfort with administrative tasks like scheduling, meeting coordination, and project follow-ups.
  • Interest in (or willingness to learn about) the banking and financial services sector.
