EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Ethos Asset Finance Ltd is a well established, independently owned Asset Finance Company based in North Yorkshire operating nationwide. Ethos Asset Finance are looking for a Executive Assistant to join the team. You must be self-motivated, sales orientated and well organised, with a can do attitude you will be keen to support the development of the business and support the business in developing and retaining customer relationships in all aspects of commercial finance. This role would ideally suit an individual looking to progress their current role and develop their skills in a fast paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Good communication skills
  • Previous experience of marketing co-ordination in a similar role, knowledge in Google Ads and SEO would be preferential.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and website back office. Wordpress or simlar
  • Excellent copywriting and social media knowledge
  • Competence in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint & Microsoft Excel
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in English and IT-related tasks
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: £30,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Support the company with day to day marketing activity and associated office duties. Liasing with suppliers, manufacturers and customers where required.
  • Create and update website content, such as blog posts, website pages, and social media posts
  • Create and manage email campaigns for the company
  • Manage social media accounts for the company
  • Maintain our ongoing relationship with the company website provider to understand analytics and areas for improvement in conjunction with the Office Director.
  • Ensure all website content is up to date ongoing including updating of news and blogs in conjunction with website provider where required.
  • Create marketing collateral (poster design, brochure design) for the company
  • Support with organisation of off site events. Liasing with organisers, manufacturers, suppliers & customers where required.
  • You will work with the Office Director & Managing Director ongoing.
  • Support your colleagues with any adhoc duties as required.
