This is a pivotal role that requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a diverse workload with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

The Executive Assistant & Events Coordinator will serve as a key point of contact for executives and the management team. You will be responsible for executive-level administrative support, managing complex diaries, coordinating travel, and ensuring the smooth execution of both internal and client-facing events. The ideal candidate will combine strong administrative expertise with creativity, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Provide comprehensive diary and inbox management for senior executives.
  • Coordinate national and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and logistics.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of leadership.
  • Manage payroll administration and support general HR processes.

Events Management

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver a variety of events including client functions, corporate meetings, staff engagement activities, and external conferences.
  • Liaise with venues, suppliers, and contractors to ensure events are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Manage event promotion, including the design of branded materials, posters, and internal communications.
  • Provide on-site event management to ensure seamless execution.

People & Recruitment Support

  • Conduct initial candidate screening and recruitment calls.
  • Support onboarding processes and ensure new starters receive a positive introduction to the business.
  • Act as a key contact for staff queries and assist with HR administration.

General Office Management

  • Ensure the smooth running of daily office operations.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Support with ad-hoc tasks to ensure business efficiency.
