EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT & DRIVER FOR SUCCESSFUL ARTIST (SOUTH LONDON & OXFORD)

A well-established and successful Artist based in South London and Oxford is seeking a highly trustworthy and discreet Executive Assistant to provide personal and logistical support. This role will initially be on a trial basis, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time permanent position.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Valid UK driving licence (clean record).
  • No criminal record (DBS checks may be conducted).
  • Strong command of English for effective communication.
  • Familiarity with London roads and traffic conditions.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality—signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be a prerequisite for the role.
  • A healthcare background would be advantageous

Responsibilities
  • Managing the smooth operation of two properties (one in London and one in Oxford) and assisting with travel arrangements.
  • Providing driving services for the Artist and occasionally her business associates within the UK, primarily in and around London, with occasional longer-distance travel.
  • Running errands during waiting periods, such as collecting or delivering items for the business.
  • Waiting outside events to ensure the Artist’s comfort and security.
  • Liaising with studio manager and other staff to ensure smooth running of events
