EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT & DRIVER FOR SUCCESSFUL ARTIST (SOUTH LONDON & OXFORD)
A well-established and successful Artist based in South London and Oxford is seeking a highly trustworthy and discreet Executive Assistant to provide personal and logistical support. This role will initially be on a trial basis, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time permanent position.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Valid UK driving licence (clean record).
- No criminal record (DBS checks may be conducted).
- Strong command of English for effective communication.
- Familiarity with London roads and traffic conditions.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality—signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be a prerequisite for the role.
- A healthcare background would be advantageous

Responsibilities:
- Managing the smooth operation of two properties (one in London and one in Oxford) and assisting with travel arrangements.
- Providing driving services for the Artist and occasionally her business associates within the UK, primarily in and around London, with occasional longer-distance travel.
- Running errands during waiting periods, such as collecting or delivering items for the business.
- Waiting outside events to ensure the Artist’s comfort and security.
- Liaising with studio manager and other staff to ensure smooth running of events
