OVERVIEW:

A large and rapidly growing healthcare organization is seeking a highly capable and driven Executive Assistant to provide top-level support to C-suite leadership. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly. In addition to managing complex executive schedules and operations, this individual will assist with senior-level recruitment efforts, serving as a liaison between leadership and candidates.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years in a high-level Executive Assistant role; exposure to recruiting a plus
  • Proven ability to perform under pressure, handle competing priorities, and adapt quickly
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365; familiarity with ATS/LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
  • Experience in healthcare or similarly fast-paced industries is advantageous
Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on administrative support to C-level executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and email oversight
  • Oversee office operations, vendor relationships, and special projects to ensure seamless daily workflow
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve issues to keep initiatives moving forward under tight deadlines
  • Maintain absolute confidentiality in handling personal, business, and sensitive information
  • Support leadership hiring by coordinating candidate outreach, scheduling, and communication based on executive direction
  • Utilize ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other platforms to track candidates and manage recruitment logistics
