They are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the VP of Asset Management and the CFO.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with senior leaders and gain exposure to various aspects of the real estate business, including operations and marketing, while contributing to the firm’s continued success and growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven experience in an Executive Assistant role, ideally within the real estate or operations field.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times, especially when interacting with senior executives.
Responsibilities

MARKETING & TECHNOLOGY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in market research to identify trends, customer apartment needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials, including flyers, banners, and brochures, as well as managing online marketing assets.
  • Help with technology-related tasks, including maintaining Excel spreadsheets, preparing presentations, and assisting with website content.
