Job Description • Assistant to the Head of the Cybersecurity Division and two Division Section Heads (supporting executive management in Germany) • Proxy for assistant of five Department Leads Main tasks: • Organization and management of the division head's calendar, including alignment with internal and external stakeholders and coordination of meetings and locations • Planning and organization of business trips, including travel expense reimbursement • Support in managing the division head's email inbox • Administrative tasks, such as access management for security-related areas • Organization and preparation of internal meetings (e.g. management meetings, all-hands meetings), including agenda preparation • Administrative support in the signing process of legally binding Qualifications • Experience in an assistant role (ideally supporting executive management) in a large or international organization • Good language skills in German (min. B2) and English (min.
