We don’t go in for strict job descriptions, we all like to get involved, however here’s an idea of how we see the role... Job Description What you'll do... Own and manage complex calendars, travel, and scheduling across multiple time zones - without breaking a sweat Be the first point of contact for two busy executives, filtering and prioritizing with good judgment and discretion Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on actions so nothing falls through the cracks Book and manage all travel logistics -flights, hotels, transfers, itineraries- seamlessly Handle expense reporting and reconciliation on a timely basis Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and communications Liaise with internal teams and external partners on behalf of the executives Anticipate needs before they're even asked - that's the real superpower here Help coordinate team events, offsites, and the occasional fun stuff too Qualifications What we're looking for... 2+ years of experience as an EA or PA, ideally supporting C-suite or senior leadership Someone who is incredibly organized - like, next level organized A natural communicator who can write a crisp email and hold their own in any room Discretion is your middle name - you handle sensitive information with total professionalism A calm, can-do attitude when things get busy (and they will) Tech-savvy. Outlook, Teams, Microsoft Office (all the Microsofts), Canva, Concur, Docusign, Adobe, You can work from our New York office at least twice a week. You're not precious. We leave our egos at the door and get stuff done A genuine love for hospitality, culture, food, travel, or all of the above is a big plus You're up for doing things differently and trying (almost) everything once You’ll role model Ennismore values and behaviors because that’s who you are.
