Fanatics Collectibles, a global leader in licensed sports and entertainment collectibles, is seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Executive Assistant to support the Regional President of EMEA and LATAM. Based in London, UK, this role plays a critical function in enabling the Regional President to lead and scale the EMEA and LATAM businesses effectively. The ideal candidate brings extensive executive support experience, operates with a high degree of professionalism, and thrives in a dynamic, international environment. They will need to be resilient, agile, and exceptionally organized, with the ability to manage complex priorities and communicate fluently in English. Additional language skills relevant to EMEA and LATAM regions are a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in an executive assistant or chief-of-staff type role, ideally within a multinational, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Demonstrated success supporting senior-level executives.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken); additional language skills relevant to EMEA and LATAM are highly desirable.
  • Exceptionally well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing complex workflows and schedules.
  • High level of emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Comfortable working independently and in a high-growth, evolving business environment.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s degree required; international education or work experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive executive-level administrative support to the Regional President, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and expense reporting.
  • Act as a trusted liaison between the Regional President and internal/external stakeholders across multiple markets and time zones.
  • Organize and coordinate regional meetings, strategic planning sessions, and business reviews.
  • Support in preparing presentations, executive briefings, and regional performance updates.
  • Track key initiatives and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution.
  • Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Assist in planning and executing executive travel, regional events, and cross-functional team engagements.
  • Collaborate closely with counterparts across global teams and functional areas.
