Description

Location: Central Bristol (office-based preferred, with remote working options once established)
About Us
We’re a young, busy creative digital agency based in the heart of Bristol. We specialise in websites, design, video, and digital marketing — helping our clients stand out and connect with their audiences. We’re a small but passionate team, moving quickly and always juggling exciting projects, which means no two days are the same.
We’re now looking for a proactive and organised Executive Assistant to work closely with our Director and help keep everything running smoothly.
The Role
This is a varied and flexible role where you’ll play a key part in supporting the Director and the wider team. You’ll be the go-to person for task management, team updates, and client comms, helping us stay on top of priorities and deadlines. You’ll also handle day-to-day admin to give the Director the space to focus on leading the business.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a creative, fast-moving environment, with a genuine interest in digital media and how it shapes the world around us.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Organising and tracking tasks for the Director and team
  • Keeping internal comms flowing, arranging meetings, and following up on actions
  • Supporting client communications, including emails, meeting scheduling, and project updates
  • Diary and inbox management for the Director
  • General admin and file organisation to keep things running smoothly
  • Helping with documents, proposals, or presentations when needed

About You

  • Comfortable with digital tools like Google Workspace, Slack, or project management software
  • A self-starter who can work independently and keep on top of details
  • An interest in digital media is a must — curiosity and enthusiasm go a long way with us

What We Offer

  • Part-time hours with flexibility to fit around your schedule
  • A central Bristol office base, with the option to work remotely some of the time once you’re settled in
  • The chance to be part of a vibrant, ambitious business where your input really makes a difference
  • A supportive, creative environment with opportunities to learn and get involved in digital media projects
