POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team and support key Agents & Partners across multiple divisions including Film, Television, Commercials, and Voice Over. This position combines high-level administrative support, talent coordination, and customer service with creative responsibilities in graphic design and visual communication.
The ideal candidate is an organized, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in multitasking, and has a keen eye for design. If you’re passionate about the entertainment industry and enjoy balancing creative and administrative work, we’d love to hear from you.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative, entertainment-related, or creative support role.
  • At least 1 year in a client-facing or customer service position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel), OneDrive, and Mac systems.
  • Working knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
  • Professional, discreet, and capable of handling sensitive information.
  • A strong interest in the entertainment industry and/or creative fields is highly valued.
