Our Client, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant, with a passion for fashion, to support Their executive team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations within the office and providing top-notch support to our executives for both finance and operations

SKILLS

  • Excellent Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
  • Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
  • Previous clerical or administrative experience is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with office operations.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in customer service roles that highlight strong interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Finance, bookkeeping principles and experience in operations is a plus.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks, including managing invoices and expenses using and overlook several financial tasks
  • Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents, ensuring easy access to important information.
  • Proofread documents for clarity and correctness before distribution.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
  • Support the executive team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing meeting agendas.
