We are seeking a highly organized and financially skilled Executive Assistant to support our leadership team. This role requires strong financial document handling, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to produce clean, accurate reports for internal and external use. Quality of work is the top priority. Full-time, 40 Hours/Week Fully remote, work from home Salary: ZAR 17,000-20,000/month, commensurate with skills and experience Availability to work during EST business hours. Responsibilities: Prepare, review, and organize financial documents including cash flow statements, P&L, balance sheets, and income statements. Build, clean, and structure financial reports to be shared with banks and external partners. Analyze and decipher financial documents for accuracy and completeness. Consolidate data and roll financials into clear, well-presented documents. Provide executive-level administrative support as needed. Maintain accurate digital filing systems for financial and operational documents. Assist with QuickBooks tasks (if experienced). Proven Executive Assistant or Finance-related support experience. Strong financial understanding (cash flow, P&L, balance/income statements). Advanced Excel proficiency (formulas, pivot tables, data organization). Excellent written and spoken English. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to commit long-term. Experience preparing documents for bank submission is a strong advantage. QuickBooks experience preferred. Preferred Candidate Profile Highly organized and structured (female candidates preferred). Sharp, confident, and proactive—strong personality, not passive. Upbeat, passionate, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment.
