Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Schedule internal and external meetings.
  • Order supplies and lunches for meetings.
  • Manage travel arrangements and reservations.
  • Copy documents, manage calendars, and process expenses.
  • File documents and assist in assembling presentations.
  • Forward invoices and process new hires.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THIS ROLE:

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
  • In order to be considered, you must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without need for sponsorship, now or in the future.
  • This is a full-time, direct-hire position, and no contract options for unsolicited agency submissions will be considered.
