The Cam Clark Auto Group is seeking a results-oriented Executive Assistant for Automotive Fleet Sales Manager for our Kamloops Ford Lincoln location in British Columbia.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant for Automotive Fleet Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in the automotive industry. In this pivotal role, you will directly support the Fleet Sales Manager while also engaging with clients and managing various administrative tasks.
The primary responsibilities will include facilitating communication between clients and the Fleet Manager, coordinating sales appointments, and maintaining records of fleet sales files. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our sales processes run efficiently, allowing the Fleet Sales Manager to focus on strategic initiatives and client relationships. This position demands a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WOULD INCLUDE:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

· Assist the Fleet Sales Manager with daily administrative tasks and responsibilities.
· Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and Vehicle Deliveries
· Prepare Vehicles for Delivery: i.e. Organize accessories, filling with gas and detailing.
· Maintain and organize client and sales records, ensuring accurate data management.
· Act as a liaison between the Fleet Sales Manager and internal/external stakeholders.
· Prepare and present reports on fleet sales performance and competitive analysis.
· Managing customer inquiries and follow-up on leads to supporting the sales team.
· Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
· Any other duties as assigned.
