As the Executive Assistant to an EMT member, you'll be at the heart of all the action, ensuring smooth sailing across our global operations. Your mission? You'll dive into a mix of thrilling topics every day, becoming a vital link within and outside the company, and within the Executive Management Team and its office. What You Do Provide support to the EMT in both strategic and operational tasks, assisting in missions with management and customers, and offering proactive solutions across various domains. Ensure operational readiness for all items on the EMT's agenda, including preparation for key deliverables and meetings, and turning important information into executive-level presentations. Play a key role in the EMT office by embodying Allianz's People Attributes: Customer & Market Excellence, Collaborative Leadership, and Entrepreneurship, fostering employee morale and engagement, and adapting to a dynamic environment where tasks frequently change. Assist the EMT and Head of Office in developing and implementing strategic initiatives, focusing on change, cost-effectiveness, and quality improvement. Work with the function Communicator to ensure effective communication across the business area, showcasing your ability to create impactful presentations that clearly present complex data. Collaborate with Finance to support financial processes and ensure compliance, using your numerical skills to understand and assist with financial tasks when needed. Adapt to shifting priorities and challenges, maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving and ensuring efficient execution of diverse delegated tasks. What You Bring 5+ years of experience in an IT role, Consultant or Executive Assistant role, with either a comprehensive understanding of Allianz Technology or experience in industries that offer transferable skills. You hold relevant educational qualifications or experience in IT or Business. You are a proactive, problem-solving, and performance-oriented professional, curious to grow in a dynamic role. You adapt effectively to shifting priorities and challenges, and you excel in conflict resolution and managing resistance You excel in connecting with other Executive Assistants, Board Members, Senior Managers, and key stakeholders across the organization. You are versatile and efficient in handling diverse tasks, with particular strengths in creating high-quality presentations and having solid skills in Excel. Strong knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
