Revelare Networks is seeking an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team in a dynamic startup environment focused on innovative defense solutions. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills, a solid understanding of the tech industry, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving workplace. This position will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization and with external partners. The candidate needs to reside near Pikesville, MD and willing to attend on-site weekly meetings in that area. Salary range $60K-$85K. Key Responsibilities: Manage executive schedules, coordinate meetings, and prioritize appointments. Prepare and disseminate meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items. Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Assist with project management tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved. Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to support strategic decision-making. Manage travel arrangements and itineraries for executives. Develop and maintain on-line filing systems and databases for efficient information retrieval. Process forms required for government contracts: travel, purchasing, invoicing. Collaborate with team members across departments to facilitate communication and project execution. Manage shipping of equipment and small devices to staff, customers, and partners. U.S. citizenship Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (flexible on major) Preferably some experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative role, preferably in a high-tech startup or defense industry. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritizing effectively. Proactive problem solver with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Familiarity with project management tools and practices is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Passion for technology and innovation, with an understanding of the defense sector being an advantage.
