We’re seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our leadership team and help drive operational excellence in a fast-paced startup environment. This full-time, onsite role is ideal for someone local to Philadelphia who thrives in dynamic settings, has experience supporting senior executives, and brings project management know-how (especially with tools like Monday.com), and HR administration experience is a plus.
You’ll be at the center of coordination across our executive leadership team—anticipating needs, managing logistics, and keeping key projects and priorities on track. You’ll help ensure smooth day-to-day operations while contributing to the long-term effectiveness of our leadership team.
