Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Calendar & Priority Management: Run complex, dynamic calendars across time zones; resolve conflicts and safeguard focus time.
  • Inbox & Communication: Triage high-volume email; draft/refine investor-grade messages, meeting recaps, and internal notes.
  • Delegate: Delegate emails from owners to other team members who are suited for the task.
  • Meeting Orchestration: Create agendas and briefing packets; capture decisions/action items; drive follow-through.
  • Travel & Event Logistics: Coordinate multi-leg travel and last-minute changes; support webinars, onsite tours, and offsite.
  • Project Coordination: Track due diligence checklists, closing timelines, and cross-functional tasks; escalate risks early.
  • Content & Brand Support (light): Coordinate podcast/guest logistics and scheduling with marketing partners.
  • Knowledge Systems: Maintain organized docs, templates, and searchable folders in Google/Microsoft + CRM/task tools.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive investor and company information with impeccable judgment and discretion.

SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE:
