EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant with significant experience to provide first class administrative and strategic support to the Managing Director Care Delivery International UK & Ireland.
This role calls for someone with exceptional discretion, tact, and the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels. You will be a key member of our dynamic Care Delivery (CD) team, known for driving a positive business culture, embracing change, and continuously challenging the status quo. Your proactive mindset, professionalism, and ability to manage competing priorities with calm efficiency will be critical to the success of this role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a career professional EA looking to develop further and increase their role remit. This will include project management to support the wider CD business objectives.
This is a full-time of 37.5 hours, hybrid working role with ad-hoc requirements to attend our head office in Huthwaite, Nottinghamshire.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Considerable experience in an executive support role with a demonstrated track record working at this senior level.
  • Practical experience in project management.
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally across teams and stakeholders
  • Flexible and adaptable with ability to travel when required
Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the below alongside other duties:

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to the Managing Director Care Delivery International UK & Ireland.
  • Lead and implement selected projects with the purpose of achieving defined project goals supporting the Care Delivery UK/IE organisation.
  • Reporting on strategic business initiatives/projects from development through to successful execution under guidance of departmental heads. As an adept organiser you will be at the forefront with senior management in reviewing, designing, and executing various projects
  • Build relationships with all employees to provide oversight and work closely on specialist projects with the Managing Director and the Care Delivery Senior Leadership Team
  • Help to improve efficiencies of the Managing Director and the Care Delivery business through effective organisation, support, and project coordination.
  • Diary management for the Executive: complex diary management across multiple time-zones, arranging meetings, internal and external.
  • Producing and circulating minutes, actions, decisions to relevant groups.
  • Preparing documents, presentations, and reports on behalf of the Managing Director.
  • Co-ordinating travel arrangements and itineraries, including booking flights and accommodation.
  • Handle multiple deadlines with excellent time-management, organisational, planning and prioritisation skills.
