Job Description Manage complex and ever-changing calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls while efficiently resolving scheduling conflicts. Act as a gatekeeper, screening and prioritizing incoming emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of senior leadership. Prepare and edit various documents, reports, presentations, and financial data to support decision-making processes. Prepare, assist, attend meetings, take accurate meeting minutes, and follow up on action items with stakeholders to ensure timely completion. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries, optimizing travel efficiency. Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and always maintain strict confidentiality. Assist in administrative and financial-related tasks such as expense reporting, budget tracking, and financial record keeping. Conduct research and gather data to support strategic business decisions. Collaborate with other members of the executive team and cross-functional departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination. Qualifications PROFESSIONAL PROFILE Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands effectively. Strong attention to detail and a track record of producing accurate work under tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders. High level of integrity and professionalism, handling confidential information with discretion. Strong problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness in handling challenges. A proactive and self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team. REQUIRED SKILLS Commercial school, bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint); experience with financial software is a plus. Excellent writing skills in English.
