Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage international and domestic travel; arrange detailed travel plans and agendas for travel-related meetings
  • Manage scheduling including calendars management, phone calls, meetings, and other company logistics
  • Support the production and coordination of quality documents which may include meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, white papers, etc.
  • Effectively coordinate and follow-through on the activities and commitments of the Executive member.
  • Organise meetings and broader events as required including attendee invites, room bookings, accommodation, catering etc.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion as required.
  • Provide support to the Executive Leadership Team as required.
  • Undertaking any ad hoc tasks / projects required.
  • Ensure expenses are processed timely and accurately
  • Provide EA back-up support to the Americas Leadership Team.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and navigate shifting priorities
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and achieve strategic objectives.
