Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30
Location: Horsham, West Sussex.
Salary: £40k - £60k (Depending on Experience)
Due to the growth and expansion of Global 4, we are currently looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide support to our Chief Executive Officer with the day to day running of the business

Responsibilities

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As Executive Assistant to our CEO, you will be managing day-to-day administrative tasks and facilitating M&A processes. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required, with a desire to learn and develop skills related to Asset Purchase Agreements (APAs) and Stock Purchase Agreements (SPAs).

THE MAIN ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Assist in M&A activities including research, analysis, and compilation of relevant data and documents associated with potential or ongoing transactions.
  • Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and financial models using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Maintain and organise confidential documents pertaining to M&A processes, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders during M&A transactions to facilitate communication and ensure alignment on key deliverables.
  • Track project timelines and deliverables related to M&A initiatives, providing status updates to the executive team.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support M&A strategy and decision-making.
  • Assist with the preparation of APAs and SPAs; training will be provided for those unfamiliar with these documents.
  • Managing diaries and arranging appointments, against project / business priorities.
  • Preparing and owning meetings, ensuring meaningful agendas.
  • Producing weekly and monthly reporting for board packs.
  • Attending meetings, minute taking and monitoring the completion of actions thereafter.
  • Researching for potential projects and acquisitions as directed.
  • Proactively engaging to understand priorities and objectives for the board, ensuring deadlines and KPI’s are met.
