EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (REAL ESTATE & PROPERTY MANAGEMENT)

Company: Candor Realty & Granite and Pine Properties
Location: Hybrid – U.S.-based preferred
Note: The first 8–12 weeks may include more in-office days in Andover, Lowell, or Manchester, NH.
Job Type: Part-Time Contractor (1099)
Hours: 20–40 hours/week (flexible M–F)
Compensation: Based on experience – (1099)

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ year in office admin, executive assistance, or operations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable with G Suite, Google Drive, and digital tools
  • Strong organizational skills and time management
  • Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and proactive
  • Familiarity with real estate or property management preferred
  • High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree a plus

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a reliable, organized, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support the leadership of two growing real estate companies. This role is the operational backbone for both Candor Realty (a residential brokerage) and Granite & Pine Properties (a real estate investment and property management firm).
You’ll assist in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating projects, keeping communication flowing, and ensuring our systems stay clean and efficient. If you’re highly organized, proactive, and able to manage shifting priorities without handholding, you’ll thrive in this position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESADMINISTRATIVE & OFFICE SUPPORT

  • Coordinate office activities to ensure operational efficiency
  • Manage digital filing systems and track key internal documents
  • Submit timely reports and assist with preparing presentations or proposals
  • Assist in auditing productivity of overseas or remote staff when needed
  • Maintain and update SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
  • Coordinate and track vendor communications and bids
  • Use of tools like Zapier, basic editing platforms, and social media is a plus
  • Support other team members with general administrative needs
