JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant with graphic design abilities to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Founder. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.

SKILLS

  • Experience in Graphic Design.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
  • Experience in administrative roles is essential.
  • Familiarity with DocuSign for document management is a plus.
  • Excellent typing skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading documents.
  • Previous experience as a personal assistant or in an executive support role is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently.
