The role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our People Function.
You will be responsible for driving the productivity and time efficiency of four of our People Leaders. You will become a trusted member of our team and have the opportunity to immerse yourself in driving the firm’s success.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Managing multiple diaries, with polite yet assertive gatekeeping of limited time
  • Arranging travel plans, including flights, accommodation, transportation and itineraries
  • Gaining an understanding of core business initiatives and operational content in order to prioritise stakeholder time effectively and in line with business rhythms
  • Developing and building relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Effectively managing expenses
  • Planning and coordinating team events, team workshops and other activities
  • Undertaking a wide range of administrative and ad hoc tasks
  • Maintaining the highest level of confidentiality in all matters

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Demonstrable and relevant experience, ideally within a finance or technology organisation
  • A highly responsive, flexible and proactive approach
  • Strong organisational skills and a logical thinker who can pivot quickly between tasks
  • Good process, project, time and change management support skills
  • The ability to observe confidentiality and discretion at all times
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint, with an aptitude to learn and utilise a wide range of office software
