Description

We are looking for an assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s senior-level leaders at our offices in Alpharetta, GA. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, coordinating, and assisting in a wide range of various projects that are a part of running a business. Working with internal and external contacts to ensure business meetings and other special projects are completed as required by the business. In addition, this person should be able to originate correspondence, prepare presentations, reconcile accounts and prepare reports, coordinate meetings for leads and maintain calendar and monthly itineraries.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Word required
  • Highly motivated team member with strong interpersonal, analytical skills and professional judgement.
  • Self-starter with ability to quickly learn and adapt
  • Well organized with excellent time management skills
  • Experience with bookkeeping or financial reports a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels.

Responsibilities
  • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organization.
  • Complete critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting and preparing correspondence for internal announcements, board meetings, and organizations in which the CEO is involved with.
  • Assist in preparing and managing decks, presentations, agendas, reconciling reports, special projects, and other documents in support of objectives for the CEO.
  • Coordinates, research, and collects data as requested
  • Manage a calendar as it relates to meeting arrangements and preparations.
  • Assist in the development, planning and implementation of projects.
  • Ability to manage confidential information, balance priorities and deadlines and ensure duties completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ability to sort and relay needed information to management and other employees as required.
  • The individual must be able to work independently under general supervision, handle multiple assignments, set own work priorities and meet all deadlines.
  • Perform other duties and assist other employees, as assigned by management.
