That’s why we need an Executive Assistant like you within Diagnostic Business Unit.   What your responsibilities will be   Arrange travel (booking tickets, hotels, etc.) and meetings (room reservations, equipment, etc.). Handle correspondence tasks (processing and tracking shipments), manage phone calls, and attend to both internal and external visitors, using a foreign language when required. Maintain the information required or generated by the organizational unit, enabling coordination of the department’s various administrative tasks. Manage information filing systems. Keep activity-related data up to date using operating systems and/or specific software, following established procedures. Prepare and develop reports or presentations for the organizational unit. Create presentations using office tools based on the unit’s results. Perform translation tasks with proficiency in different languages.     Who you are   To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions).    You have secondary education (FP or CF) or a Bachelor’s degree. At least 10 years of proven experience in similar tasks is a must. To have experiencie working with C-suite executives is a plus. You have a fluent level of English, both spoken and written. Other languages are a plus. You have a strong command of MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word. You have experience and/or knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP system. You demonstrate strong analytical, prioritization and organizational skills.
