DESCRIPTION

One of Milwaukee’s premier company’s is searching for an experienced and highly skilled Executive Assistant to support a Shareholder, of a highly successful professional services firm.
The role will be action packed, challenging, and have a very diverse set of duties.

Responsibilities include –

  • Supporting top level executive with drafting and editing documents, generating reports, and preparing presentations
  • Act as liaison for communications between executive, management team and other partners
  • Handle confidential information with trust and professionalism
  • Coordination and preparation of meetings
  • Manage calendar, meeting arrangements and arrange travel
  • Prepare and review expense reports and other financial documents
  • Manage changing priorities and interruptions with a high sense of urgency
  • Special projects as assigned

Ideal candidate will have 5+ years supporting executives in a professional services environment, advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills and a Bachelor’s degree.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work with extremely confidential documents, incredible attention to detail, and have a very high level of professional savvy is a must. This person needs to be proactive, have the ability to anticipate needs, and truly act as an extension of the team.
