  We’re seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our COO and CEO. This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, exceptional organizational skills, and a genuine interest in the healthcare industry. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Executive Support:

• Manage complex calendars and scheduling, including coordinating internal and external meetings.
• Arrange travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents.
• Conduct research and gather information as needed.

AI Tooling & Optimization:

• Utilize AI tools (e.g., large language models, scheduling assistants, transcription software) to streamline administrative tasks and improve efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI for process automation, data analysis, and decision-making.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest AI advancements and their potential applications in the workplace.

Project Management:

• Assist with project coordination and tracking, including managing deadlines and deliverables.
• Support the COO and CEO in preparing for board meetings, investor presentations, and other key events.
• Help maintain organized and efficient record-keeping systems.
• Assist with onboarding new employees.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.
