We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our Director in managing several successful education companies. The position is based primarily in Bel Air, with occasional travel within Los Angeles. This is not a typical assistant role. We are seeking someone sharp, proactive, quick on their feet, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Think Andy from “The Devil Wears Prada”—someone hardworking, adaptable, and eager to learn. Who You Are Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and efficient A strong communicator who can write clear, polished emails, memos, and documents Tech-savvy and comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and Monday.com (or similar platforms) A fast learner with strong problem-solving skills and good judgment Confident, professional, and able to work comfortably with executives, staff, and outside partners Skilled at managing multiple projects and priorities at once Reliable, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion Able to travel locally within Bel Air, Westlake Village, Malibu, and nearby areas as needed Fully available and committed to a full-time schedule What You’ll Do Serve as the right hand to the Director, managing calendars, communications, and daily priorities Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and internal memos Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and project logistics across teams Create polished materials such as flyers, proposals, and formatted documents Maintain confidentiality at all times Support company events, projects, and on-site needs as requested Track progress on multiple initiatives and ensure deadlines are met Requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities High level of comfort with technology and formatting Positive attitude, professional presence, and strong initiative
