Join our dedicated team as a full time Executive Assistant, where you'll provide exceptional administrative support to our Chief Officer - Member Experience. This role demands professionalism, efficiency, and a keen eye for detail We are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Chief Officer - Member Experience. This role is crucial in ensuring the effective use of the Chief Officer's time and maximising interaction with key stakeholders and working from the office as needed. Your responsibilities will include coordinating diary appointments, arranging meetings, providing relevant background material, typing and editing reports and presentations, managing monthly expenses and invoices, organising business appointments and travel arrangements, and managing the Chief Officer's inbox. You will also be responsible for coordinating team events, participating in work projects, and providing broader administrative support when needed. About You: Proactive and flexible individual Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant to a senior leader Excellent organizational and administration skills Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to work autonomously and employ initiative to find solutions Ability to liaise at an executive level, work under pressure, and multi-task effectively Confidentiality and discretion are essential qualities Knowledge of the Health Insurance Industry (desirable) Understanding the role/scope of a Chief Officer (desirable) Previous experience in a fast paced dynamic Digital and Data driven team (desirable) If you are ready to make a significant impact and support our Chief Officer in a professional and timely manner, apply now!
