  POSITION SUMMARY: The Executive Assistant – Health Info Tech (EA-HIT) will provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and IT Leadership team. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual with strong organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, and a solid understanding of IT concepts. The EA-HIT will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, financial reconciliations, handling correspondence, and assisting with various IT-related projects and tasks.   EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: 1.  High school diploma or equivalent education required 2.  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred 3.  A minimum of three (3) years’ proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role required, preferably within an IT department 4.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required 5.  Familiarity with IT software and tools preferred 6.  IAAP Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) or equivalent certification preferred 7.  A valid Driver’s License and daily access to an automobile required An Equal Employment Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer
