About the Role: We’re seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide direct support to executives on various administrative and project-based tasks over the next 60–90 days. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and has exceptional organizational and technical skills — particularly in Excel and process documentation. ✨ Experience: The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience providing high-level executive or administrative support, including handling reporting, documentation, and project coordination. Prior experience supporting multiple leaders simultaneously is highly preferred. ⚡ Skills: Must have advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, and data tracking), strong written communication, and the ability to create and document procedures. Experience with travel coordination, professional correspondence, and reporting is essential. ⏰ Availability: Full-time, night shift (US hours). Must be responsive and able to start immediately for a 60–90 day engagement, with the potential for extension based on performance. Key Responsibilities Support executives with daily administrative tasks and project coordination. Create, update, and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and trackers in Excel. Draft and organize professional correspondence and internal communications. Assist in writing and updating procedures, SOPs, and process documentation. Book travel arrangements, dining, and event logistics for executive schedules. Track key deliverables, follow up on tasks, and maintain project timelines. Complete reports and summaries as requested, ensuring accuracy and clarity. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support business operations. Ideal Candidate Profile Advanced technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Excellent writing and organizational skills; capable of creating clear, structured documentation. Able to multitask and prioritize effectively with minimal supervision. Professional and reliable communicator with strong follow-through. Proactive problem solver who can anticipate needs and act independently. Familiarity with project coordination, event planning, and executive support.
